VENDOR SPACES:

Lobby-9x14=$40 (5 spaces)=$200

Gym-14x10=$35 (7 spaces)=$245

Gym-10x10=$25 (14 spaces)=$350

Cafeteria-10x10=$25 (10 spaces)=$250

Cafeteria-10x6=$0 (2 spaces)=$0 (Theater Department & Previously paid vendor from 2020)

Total Vendor Spaces=(38 spaces)=$1,045 (before PayPal fees)

Fess incurred by PQBB-SRO (10am-4pm) @$30/hr= $180  Custodian (1-5)  @ $30/hr=$120

Total fees to be paid the day of=$300

WHAT TO EXPECT THERE

*Food Trucks- Owl Feed Ya, La Oaxaquena, Brew N' Cafe, The Neon Lemon

*Ms.Shelia will be there to paint faces. (She will post cost at the event.)

*Kids' games (Still working on details of kids' games)

*HUGE Raffle- Items donated by each vendor to be raffled off individually. Drawing held the week after the event, and winners will be contacted to claim prizes.

Ticket prices will be as follows: 

$1=1 ticket, $5=6 tickets, $10=14 tickets, $20=30 tickets, $40=65 tickets, $50=85 tickets

*What's Your Leprechaun Name?- Free name tag list to create your own Leprechaun name.

*Secret Shamrock- $1 for 2 Dum Dum suckers and 2 chances to win a prize. If your sucker has a shamrock on the bottom of the stick, you win!

*Mystery Rainbow- A prize punch type game, where you pay $1 for a chance to win a prize.

*Cake Walks- We will have 4 Cake Walks, with a maximum of 10 participants each round, and 1 winner. $5 per participant. Cake Walks will take place at 11:30, 12:30, 1:30, 2:30 Cakes are being donated by Caked Up Creations, Brick House Hertford Bakery and Home, & Two Sticks Butter Bakeshop.

*Sweet Walks- We will have 8 Sweet Walks, with a maximum of 20 participants each round, and up to 4 winners. $1 per participant. Sweet Walks will take place at 11:15, 11:45, 12:15, 12:45, 1:15, 1:45, 2:15, 2:45 Sweets are being donated by Caked Up Creations, & Two Sticks Butter Bakeshop.

*Lookin' For Lucky the Leprechaun- $5 per child, with a maximum of 100 children. Register to play at the PQBB table. Participants will read facts, follow clues, and collect the colors of the rainbow, as they make their way around the school, to find Lucky the Leprechaun and claim their share of his pot of gold. (Gold will be treat filled bags) Children MUST be accompanied by an adult.

VOLUNTEERING AND DONATION NEEDS

*Volunteers will be needed for set up & breakdown, running games and activities, and helping vendors. We will need LOTS of volunteers, so please sign up HERE
